HOUSING MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Completed housing/building maintenance, repairs, or inspections for government agencies including, but not limited to, HUD, FBI, U.S. Customs, military personnel and DoD civilians; 2) Demonstrate ADA, Fire, and Life Safety code competence through either education certificate(s), or professional work experience in accordance with orders and directives prescribed and mandated by federal, and state codes; 3) Prepare correspondence, reports to track and analyze vacancies, rent ranges, income limits, placement statistics, and other housing admissions; 4) Advise management on issue and complaints to ensure resolution and compliance with housing administration procedures; 5) Provide customer service to include wait list management and housing referral services; 6) Prepare and forward documents to 3rd party housing partners for their use in leasing preparations. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
