SUPERVISORY FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (FMD)

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Develops and executes public works maintenance action plans (i.e Minors, Specifics, Special Projects, and construction projects) to prioritize requirements; 2) Maintains multiple budgets for public works projects to control financial execution; 3) Controls the work flow process of all customer work requests to ensure project completion; and 4) Advises management on public works performance issues to determine areas that need improvement. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
