DISTRIBUTION FACILITIES SPECIALIST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private public sector utilizing an in-depth knowledge of bulk petroleum logistics and management principles, practices and methodologies, including overseeing the operations and maintenance activities of a fuel division. Examples of specialized experience include; 1) Planning, developing, coordinating, analyzing and directing the effective and efficient operation of all division assets, to meet all fuel and cryogenic needs of the mission, 2) emptying tanks, for inspection/repair, changing products in the tanks, recycling product, removal of water, particulate, or other foreign products, 3) ensuring all pipelines, pumps, hoses, hot pits, and tanks are in good working order. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
