FACILITY OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Applying principles, concepts, and methods of facility administration to maintain facilities and facility equipment; 2) Verifying and determining conditions and corrective solutions using tests and procedures; 3) Preparing and Evaluating repair and replacement alternatives by applying cost estimation and analysis techniques and formats; 4) Establishing initial repairs and replacements in accordance with facilities and equipment principles and techniques; and 5) Recommending proper prioritzation of facility and equipment requirements and initiating new projects in accordance with US Navy operational and organizational structure and overall mission. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
