20 a year Office Full Time Mar 19, 2024 The Director is responsible for oversight of the Marketing and Public Relations departments.
Oversight includes development and execution of departmental strategies, operational management of both departments and supervision of staff.
The Director will oversee the overall delivery of services and, in conjunction with the ECRMC Foundation Board, oversee operations of the Foundation and its fundraising activities.
Master's Degree in public relations, journalism, communications, or business; and Current California drivers license; and Three to five (3-5) years progressive marketing and supervisory experience; and Graphics design, website management, and editorial experience preferred.
Position Pay Range:
$72,924.
80 - $111,571.
20/year In compliance with the California Pay Transparency Act, El Centro Regional Medical Center (ECRMC) posts the pay range for all jobs.
Please note that actual pay will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
Please also note this range is applicable for employees who reside in California only.
A geographical pay differential may be applied for remote employees who reside out of state.
