Summary:

Answers general human resources related questions regarding policy, procedures, benefits and record information.
Receives and screens calls and walk-ins and refers them to appropriate personnel.
High School Diploma One (1) to two (2) years in Human Resources, or other formal education and experience Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, New hires are required to provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19, no later than the first day of work, or sign a declination statement for employee's medical contraindication or sincerely held religious belief, practice, or observance.
Position Pay Range:
$16.
00- $25.
18/hour In compliance with the California Pay Transparency Act, El Centro Regional Medical Center (ECRMC) posts the pay range for all jobs.
Please note that actual pay will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
Please also note this range is applicable for employees who reside in California only.
A geographical pay differential may be applied for remote employees who reside out of state.
