(Exodus) is looking to hire one full-time Bilingual Forensic Mental Health Clinician (AMFT, ACSW, APCC, LPCC, LMFT, LCSW) to provide individual and group counseling, comprehensive mental health assessment and treatment, forensic advocacy, competency restoration training, mental health symptom management, skills and community support and implementation of criminal justice and containment plans for adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities who are involved with the criminal justice system, or at risk of becoming involved in the justice system - in our Project Connect program located in El Centro, CA.
MINIMUM
Qualifications:
Registered with the BBS as a licensed or pre-licensed AMFT, ACSW, LCSW, APCC or LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, or with the Board of Psychology as a Psychologist, Registered Psychologist, Psychological Assistant or Psychological Intern.
Two (2) years' experience in the mental health field as AMFT, LMFT, ACSW, LCSW, APCC or LPCC and/ or experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Strong knowledge of assessment and crisis intervention skills.
Ability to work independently and show mature judgment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written) EDUCATION:
Master's degree in related field and/or equivalent work experience which qualifies applicant to work as an AMFT, LMFT, ACSW, LCSW, APCC or LPCC.
If CA license, current Continuing Education for maintenance of license as applicable.
BBS supervision is available for associates Additional pay offered for licensed clinicians.
