You will be at the forefront of our efforts to promote and expand our Wagyu beef program.
Your primary focus will be on capturing the attention of both retail and food service customers, building, and managing relationships, and creating lasting partnerships.
Sales duties and Responsibilities Develop and manage food service and retail sales channel (commercial & non-commercial chains, independent restaurants, retailers, and distributors).
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and commercial clients.
Market and manage branded beef program Knowledge and experience in food service sales, retail sales, and Large Box Stores Contact current or potential customers to promote Wagyu.
Gather customer or product information to determine customer needs.
Answer customer questions about goods or services Identify potential customers.
Marketing Duties and Responsibilities Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote a branded beef program.
Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources Utilize market data and consumer insights to identify opportunities for product development and branding.
Oversee the branding, positioning, and promotion of our Wagyu beef program, emphasizing its appeal to both retail and food service clients Work closely with the production team to have a high level of knowledge of the production system Assist operations team in creating production schedules that maximize turnover rate limiting roll over inventory.
Oversee final allocation to program customers, prioritizing customers according to their alignment with the program.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain and grow existing client relationship and provide excellent customer service Communicate daily with customers to insure quality, quantity and timeframe needs are met Address customer concerns and questions Coordinate customers visits and escort customers when visiting our facility Develop strategic sales plan to identify and solicit potential customers and increase market share Coordinate collection of customer credit information Assist in arranging terms and verify customers ability to pay Develop and implement any procedure necessary to ship product Monitor market developments changing import requirements overseas Attend and participate in team, division and company meetings or out of the office business activities Collect and ship product samples to customers Travel whenever necessary for marketing or claim issues Open communication with Sales and Marketing Manager and / or President & CEO to discuss price quotations and contracts for current and prospective customers Open communication with Documentation Department and Production to document and arrange customer shipping in accordance with specifications Network with staff from other departments to insure smooth operation and the priority of customer satisfaction Monitor market conditions and trends Maintain, organize and gather country specific import data Research and investigate opportunities in other countries Other duties and assigned by Sales and Marketing Manager Requirements Must have a valid driver's license.
International driver's permit when required.
Bachelor's degree with a major in Marketing, Business Admin or 5 years' experience in Marketing and Sales Strong written and verbal skills Able to travel internationally multiple times per year Ability to work independently with minimum supervision Ability to lift 50 lbs EOE M/F/D/V Job Type:
