As the Solar Concierge Manager you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while leading and developing the Solar Concierge associates as they present the benefits of solar to the El Centro community from a custom built and branded Kiosk.
The Kiosk's primary goal is to create interest and set appointments for potential solar customers.
The Kiosk will be located at the center of the mall, in prime position to generate walk-in traffic.
Your responsibilities include:
Help motivate and inspire the Solar Concierge team to hit their weekly and monthly performance goals.
Conducting weekly meetings to review performance and coach team members, qualify and assign the solar appointments your team has set up to designated sales associates.
Work in partnership with Senior Leadership to maximize the value of the Solar Concierge team within the designated Mall Kiosk space.
You will be supported in your development and growth through a paid solar training program and through working directly with Senior Leadership.
This is a kiosk setting where we are expecting to see rapid and dynamic growth, the ability to be detail oriented as the volume of business expands in a fast-paced work environment will be critical.
Key
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership - Provide guidance, educate, and motivate the Solar Concierge team to generate solar sits.
Ensure the team consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences.
Engagement Strategy - Develop and implement effective strategies to initiate conversations with mall visitors to promote solar interest and set appointments for potential solar customers.
Ensure the kiosk is staffed and has appropriate collateral to engage with mall visitors.
Assign & Qualify Sits - Oversee the collection of customer information relevant to a solar sit and then schedule in-home or virtual solar appointments with the sales reps in a timely manner.
The expectation is for the solar appointment to be within 48 hours of the initial interaction with the Solar Concierge team.
If any issues arise with the qualification of the sits work with the Regional Director to either assign or disqualify the sit.
Product Knowledge - Work with Senior Leadership to facilitate training to ensure your team is well-versed in our solar products and services, enabling them to address customer inquiries with confidence.
Reporting - Regularly analyze and provide reports on lead generation, customer interactions, and team performance on a weekly and monthly basis.
Qualifications:
Leadership Skills - Proven ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve their goals.
Preferably 2 plus years in a management or supervisory position in sales or marketing.
Communication Skills - Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual in Spanish preferred.
Education - Bachelor's degree preferred.
Compensation:
Hourly Wage - $25 an hour Commission Structure:
Sit - Volume based override bonus structure based on amount of sits from your team plus $25 per sit you generate.
Sale - $50 override per sale from the Solar Concierge team plus $100 per sale from a sit you generate.
Example of 1 Week's Pay:
40 hours of wage, 35 team sits, 6 self generated sits, 12 team sales, 2 self generated sales would equal $1,000 in wage, $150 in self generated sits, $600 in team sales, $200 in self generated sales, for a total of $1,950 plus added bonuses.
Obviously the better you and the team performs the higher your commissions will be! Performance Bonuses - Additional performance-based bonuses and incentives.
Including quarterly bonuses and milestone based bonuses as the business expands.
Projected Annual Salary:

When you start, we have a 30-Day Probationary Training Program that fuels your business.
Everyone on the team at the executive level started in this role, and we know that individuals that give it their all at the beginning have a higher success rate which is why we put all our effort into your success at the start.
When you start, you will undergo an in-depth training process to educate you about solar, the benefits that solar can provide to homeowners, and step-by-step instructions on how to convert consumer interest into a qualified solar appointment.
Further, as a Manager you will be trained in how to use the CRM to generate reporting and evaluate the performance of your team.
This is a full-time 40 hours a week position including weekend availability, with hours potentially ranging from 9am- 8pm.
