Essential Functions:
Maintain office organization and cleanliness Maintain office supplies inventory Order office supplies and equipment as needed Schedule office staff shifts as needed Coordinate with vendors and financing companies procedures and best practices.
Assist in maintaining the appearance of the office including cleaning.
Assist in maintaining the office environment including safety procedures, policies, procedures manuals, etc.
Coachable Perform routine maintenance on equipment (i.
e.
, printers, scanners, copiers) and supplies (i.
e.
, ink cartridges) Ensure all paperwork is completed and sent out daily for approval or completion.
Ensure all paperwork is signed daily for approval or completion.
Ensure all paperwork is completed weekly as needed for audits or training purposes.
Ensure all paperwork is completed monthly as needed for audits or training purposes.
Ensure all paperwork is completed yearly as needed for audits or training purposes.
Ensure all forms are completed annually as needed for annual onboarding process or other company-wide training purposes.

Ensure that all employees are working in a professional manner each day of their shifts.
Must be able to obtain El Centro, CA Driver's License.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in office administration or related field preferred (preferred), or 1 year of management experince.
Retail background is helpful but not required.
