Summary:
Arctic Air Conditioning is seeking a Billing Assistant to join our team in El Centro, CA.
The Billing Assistant will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining financial records.
Qualifications:
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change This is a fast-paced position that requires the ability to work independently in a deadline-based environment.
Flexibility to work overtime and weekends based on department needs, is required.
Minimum 2-year experience as a Billing assistant, office clerk or another related and relevant position Good computer skills.
Knowledge of common office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, etc.
Experience with QuickBooks or more business and invoicing systems.
Excellent communication skills Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must
Responsibilities:
Review, verify, and enter invoices daily.
Review AP Invoices against POs and input AP Invoices in accounting system.
Summary under direct supervision, performs accounting functions including cash control, funds disbursement, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Answer Telephones Preparing work to be accomplished by gathering and sorting documents and related information.
Other duties as assigned.
