Our store located in El Centro, California, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Tire Store Manager to join our team.

Commercial Tire Store Manager Location:
El Centro, California Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to) :
Oversee the day to day operations of the Commercial tire store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning Manage and lead a team of tire technicians and sales associates, providing guidance and support Maintain optimal inventory levels, ordering and stocking tires and related products as needed Implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth Maintain strong inter-company relationships with Logistics, Purchasing, Sales, Re-Tread.
HR and Admin.

Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing expert advice Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement Maintain a clean, organized, store environment Support and promote the company Safety culture, minimize work injuries and accidents Adhere to all safety regulations and industry standards for waste tire disposal Stay updated with industry developments and trends, and implement best practices accordingly Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting Qualified candidates will have:
Previous experience in tire store management or a similar role In-depth knowledge of tire brands, sizes, types, and automotive services Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective sales strategies Proficient in using computer systems and software for administrative tasks Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Attend Store Manager meetings once per month in Santa Fe Springs, CA a current Valid driver's license To apply for the Tire Store Manager at Daniels Tire Service please submit your resume highlighting your relevant experience and qualifications.
