Our store located in El Centro, California, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Tire Store Assistant Manager to join our team.

Commercial Tire Store - Assistant Manager Location:
El Centro, California Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to) :
Assist the Store Manager with day to day office, warehouse, yard assignments and dispatching.
Support location and store personnel in absence of Manager Maintain high level of Customer Satisfaction with new and existing clients Answer phones as per Company standards and greet/assist walk-in customers Maintain records and documents kept on file at location Comply with state, federal and local regulations Supervise maintenance of company equipment/keep it in good operating condition Assist with inventory controls and store organization Participate in department trainings and verify Safety program is in compliance Candidates should have the following skills and abilities:
Experience with Commercial Tire Sales/Service highly desired.
Must be computer literate and have knowledge of POS type software Ability to communicate clearly by phone and in emails Experience with dispatch/warehouse work would be useful Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required Qualified candidates will:
Maintain high integrity and honesty in all company transactions Be highly dependable and maintain order in Manager absence Promote company policies and procedures Continuously train and apply knowledge Use good judgement when making decisions Be self-motivated and Use their time wisely See projects or jobs through to completion Show ability to get issues resolved quickly and correctly REQUIRED:
A valid CA Driver's License is REQUIRED.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
