Modern office setting We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling service appointments, and providing accurate estimates of repair costs.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance services.
The Service Advisor will be the face of our business, so we are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
Responsibilities:
Interact with customer using all forms ie:
email, text, phone, in person.
Understand customer needs and provide solutions.
Inspect vehicles for damage and wear and tear.
Provide accurate estimates of repair costs.
Provide customers with detailed time line for repairs on their vehicles.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
Document customer service activities in a clear and concise manner.
